Learning to play the bagpipes is notoriously difficult.

So, choose your teacher with care!

A good tutor in the first year or two, can make the following period of learning far easier,
infinitely more productive and rewarding.

I was blessed with a highly skilled tutor at the start of my piping career.
It was this and a good dose of practice that made me the piper I am today.

What do you need?

To begin learning you will need ;

a practice chanter and a Logan's tutor book (these can be supplied),

and enthusiasm (this you'll have to bring with you).

No prior musical knowledge is needed and you don't even have to be Scottish.

If you live in the Hastings area, lessons are £15.00 per hour. Outside of this area a charge for travel needs to be added.
Skype lessons are also available.
